Mine Performance Optimisation Specialist

This role is responsible for analysing performance and determining how to best define, prioritise, plan, and implement improvements that drive operational excellence.
You will provide specialist advice to the department, conduct analysis and benchmarking of production processes, and lead initiatives to enhance business value.
- Develop and improve data management systems including FMS, Helix, Spotfire, Business Objects, Power BI, and Excel.
- Analyse production processes and outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track weekly and monthly performance metrics to ensure adherence to operational plans.
- Collaborate with the execution team to develop practical solutions that enhance mining stability and capability.
- Support solution implementation by facilitating change management and validating project deliverables.
