Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to assess and manage emergency department presentations under supervision, with the ability to independently assess and manage multiple patients as appropriate to level of training.
  • Prioritize clinical decisions for multiple patients and communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.
  • Lead by example, support junior staff, and actively participate in departmental teaching to further clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Engage in self-directed learning, reflective practice, and participate in ongoing education and training programs.
