You will be the face of our hotel and play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service
    • Greet guests warmly and address their inquiries in a timely and professional manner
    • Handle complaints or concerns promptly and fairly
  • Perform Check-Ins and Check-Outs Accurately
    • Verify guest information and ensure accurate room assignments
    • Maintain detailed guest records and follow standard operating procedures
  • Maintain Knowledge of Hotel Policies
    • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, promotions, and reservation procedures
