Job Description:

At the heart of our mental health service lies a comprehensive approach to children's well-being. We seek a dedicated professional to join our team at the Head to Health Kids Hub.

This groundbreaking service takes a holistic approach to providing multidisciplinary care for children under 12 who require secondary mental health support. The hub offers a stepped approach to care, with tailored support, treatment, and intervention based on evidence and validated assessment tools.

The team consists of medical professionals, allied health staff, psychologists, and early childhood development experts working collaboratively to deliver bio-psycho-socio-cultural assessments and interventions that complement existing services for children and their families.

The successful candidate will be skilled in advocacy, education, support, improvement, trauma-informed care, collaboration, communication, and goal setting. They will also have experience working with partner organizations to help consumers achieve their goals and empower them through wellness plans.
