Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in showcasing our Farm Management Information System (FMIS) to the world.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading our product marketing efforts, planning and organizing events throughout Australia and New Zealand, gathering and analyzing monthly data, and assisting with digital advertising efforts. Additionally, you will own and optimize our help centre content, assist with content creation, and engage with clients in the field.

About the Role

  • Product marketing: Lead FMIS product marketing efforts by informing clients about new features and improvements.
  • Events: Plan, organize, and execute attendance and participation at events throughout Australia and New Zealand.
  • Metrics: Gather and analyze monthly data, creating a comprehensive management brief.
  • Digital advertising: Assist with digital advertising efforts in Australia, New Zealand, and the USA.
  • Help Centre: Own and optimize the help centre content with the customer success team.
  • Content creation: Assist with newsletters, blog articles, case studies, and other content.
  • In-field client engagement: Visit clients to conduct interviews, create video and photo content, and more.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in agricultural economics, marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field in an agricultural technology business.
  • Experience in product marketing of a SaaS product is necessary.
  • No traditional 9-5 mentality; you must be willing to work hard and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Familiarity with AI tools used by leading marketing teams and comfort using them.
  • Strong understanding of the AgTech industry, especially in Australia and New Zealand. Experience in the US AgTech market is beneficial.
  • Based in Perth or willing to relocate there, as you'll spend at least 3 days per week in the office and travel up to 25% of your time.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
