Sales & Application Specialist - Industrial Quality Solutions

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to join our team as a Sales and Application Specialist. The role will involve responsibilities in all areas of supporting the growth of our Industrial Quality Solution portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become a leading specialist in our quality solution portfolio and its applications.
  • Identify and understand market opportunities in ANZ for our quality solutions.
  • Assume direct sales responsibility for our quality solutions within ANZ and maintain direct and regular contact with all customers/prospects.
  • Meet annual order intake, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Provide insights on industrial metrology applications, workflows, and jobs-to-be-done.
  • Work with our support functions and demonstration centers to develop and execute business development activities in ANZ.
  • Establish communication to identify, qualify, and engage with prospective customers.
  • Understand the needs of prospective customers to qualify their application/instrumentation needs. Managing incoming leads and opportunities in our CRM system.
  • Manage, develop, and close sales opportunities for our quality solutions in industrial markets in ANZ. This includes understanding requirements, defining solutions, and negotiating contracts and pricing for equipment and services.
Requirements:
  • Professional experience or degree in engineering, industrial quality control, additive manufacturing, or related fields.
  • Broad knowledge of industrial metrology and measurement applications.
  • Preferably experience in technical sales to industrial accounts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator, with the ability to translate technical information.
  • Strong presentation skills and able to communicate to small and large groups.
  • Willingness to travel throughout ANZ and abroad when required.
