We offer an attractive salary package that includes a base salary of $111,031 to $131,335 per annum pro-rata, plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation. Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Lecturer to lead the development and delivery of the Professionalism and Leadership domain of the six-year Bachelor of Medical Studies/Doctor of Medicine program. As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the curriculum and ensuring that our graduates meet the highest professional standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Evidence of substantial professional and/or clinical experience in the areas of Professionalism and Leadership;
  • A PhD or Professional Fellowship in a relevant discipline or equivalent qualifications with clinical or research experience related to the field of Professionalism and Leadership;
  • Experience in medical curriculum development and the conduct of tutorials, practical classes, demonstrations, workshops, and clinical sessions;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead others in the delivery of high-quality course and subject design, including the delivery of high-quality student-centered learning and teaching at an undergraduate level;
  • Demonstrated capacity to incorporate new technologies and approaches to teaching and learning;
