About the role

As a Commercial Cookery Trainer and Assessor, you will play a key role in delivering training and conducting assessments in this area.

Key qualifications include:

- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116.

- Experience in validating assessment and learner resources.

- Demonstrated adult learning/education and training experience.

- High level communication, interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.

**Essential Requirements**

- Certification in Training and Assessment.

- Experience working for a registered training organization (RTO).

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. They should have experience in training and assessment, particularly in the area of Commercial Cookery.

This is a full-time or part-time position, with flexibility to work on weekends. The successful candidate will be able to commute or relocate to Melbourne, Victoria.

Responsibilities include program planning, delivery of training, and conducting assessments. The trainer/assessor will also be required to validate assessment and learner resources, and demonstrate high-level communication and interpersonal skills.
