As a motivated Commercial Cookery Trainer, you will be responsible for key tasks such as:

Program planning and operations

Delivering training sessions

Conducting assessments

Engaging with the industry in Commercial Cookery

Monitoring student progress

You should have experience in training within the VET sector, particularly in baking, and possess relevant Industry qualifications and connections with employers. Additionally, you must demonstrate a clear understanding of training packages and units of competency, and hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment TAE40116.

Apart from these requirements, you are expected to possess high level communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural communication skills, as well as advanced computer literacy/experience with MS Office software.
