Job Opening

We are seeking a dedicated Professional to deliver training and assessment services for various qualifications within the Commercial Cookery sector.

  • SIT30821 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • SIT40521 Certificate IV in Kitchen Management
  • SIT50422 Diploma of Hospitality Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing program strategies
  • Delivering effective training sessions
  • Conducting assessments
  • Maintaining industry connections in Commercial Cookery
  • Monitoring and reporting on academic progress

To be successful, applicants must have:

  • Experience in delivering training within the VET sector
  • A relevant Industry qualification and links with employers
  • Demonstrated understanding of training packages and units of competency
  • Holding the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent or higher)
  • Experience validating assessment and learner resources
  • Demonstrated adult learning/education and training experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Advanced computer literacy/experience with MS Office

This is a full-time, part-time, permanent role offering a competitive hourly rate.
