About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Gaming and Hospitality Strategist to oversee and coordinate strategic initiatives in gaming, hospitality, and loyalty. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive business growth, enhance customer experiences, and optimize performance in these key areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and enhanced customer experiences in gaming, hospitality, and loyalty streams.
    • Align with organizational objectives and ensure seamless execution across departments.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data to drive improvements in gaming, hospitality, and loyalty sectors.
    • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization, and develop actionable plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver exceptional customer experiences in gaming, hospitality, and loyalty programs.
    • Implement initiatives to attract and retain customers, driving long-term loyalty and advocacy.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and manage high-performing teams responsible for each stream, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to team members.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within teams.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and technology teams, to ensure alignment with stream objectives and overall organizational strategy.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive consensus and achieve shared goals.
  • Innovation and Growth:
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth in gaming, hospitality, and loyalty streams.
    • Develop and execute plans to capitalize on these opportunities, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Financial Management:
    • Oversee budgeting and financial aspects of gaming, hospitality, and loyalty streams, ensuring effective resource allocation and optimal return on investment.
    • Evaluate cost-effectiveness and revenue generation, making data-driven decisions to optimize financial performance.
  • Risk Management:
    • Assess and mitigate risks associated with gaming, hospitality, and loyalty streams, developing and implementing risk management strategies to protect the organization.
    • Monitor and report on risk exposure, ensuring proactive management and mitigation of potential threats.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in leadership roles related to gaming, hospitality, and loyalty, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to drive business growth and optimize performance.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
