Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced civil engineer to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of water and wastewater treatment facilities, reservoirs, pump stations, and conveyance pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in water and wastewater treatment design, knowledge of safety in design, constructability, and operational practices, as well as relevant Australian standards and WSAA codes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective solutions for the design, construction, and operation of water and wastewater treatment facilities, reservoirs, pump stations, and conveyance pipelines.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Conduct site investigations, perform calculations, and modeling to ensure project feasibility and success.
  • Prepare reports, specifications, and other documentation to support project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a closely related field.
  • Proven experience in water and wastewater treatment design, with a strong understanding of safety, constructability, and operational practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Australian standards and WSAA codes.
