About This Role

We are looking for a skilled Network Deploy Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Global Network Delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering hardware, configuring systems, and managing fiber connectivity across multiple data centers.

Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution in coordination with Technical Program Managers. You will work on challenging problems with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain and seek talented individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with Network Engineering & Technical Project Managers to ensure efficient rollout of designs and products.
  • Manage work priorities via ticketing systems and workflows, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve project obstacles.
  • Troubleshoot networking, routing, and connectivity issues, including device configuration and application interactions.
  • Address cabling infrastructure issues, including patch panels and cords.
  • Specify power and cooling needs and complete hardware racking and stacking.
  • Handle customer requests through Remedy ticketing system and project workflows.
  • Participate in hardware migration, configuration, and rollout activities.
  • Perform additional hours as required for project delivery.

Key Skills and Qualifications
