Paediatric Speech Pathologist

Job Description

We have the following position available:

  • Cheltenham: Early career Paediatric Speech Pathologist (New Grads welcome)

You'll be surrounded by experienced clinicians, peer support, and a leadership team that genuinely cares about helping you thrive – both personally and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver meaningful, play-based therapy to children and families
  • Collaborate with and learn from mentors and experienced team members
  • Participate in regular supervision, peer mentoring and team case discussions
  • Gain exposure to a wide range of clinical presentations and support needs

We offer structured onboarding, plus regular 1:1 and group supervision to help you build skills and feel steady on your feet as a new clinician.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Speech Pathology (SPA) Membership (or eligibility upon graduation)
  • Passion for supporting children and families
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions and grow with support
  • Strong values around teamwork, ethics, and kindness
