Electrical Supervisor Opportunity

Our organisation is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team.

This role offers the chance to utilise and expand your industry knowledge in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will work across various industries, contributing to diverse projects.

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of field teams and works programs. A solution-focused, team-orientated individual with a willingness to learn from others will excel in this position.

About the Role:

  • Minimum 3 years' previous experience as Electrical Supervisor is essential
  • Assisting Projects Manager with scheduling and planning of projects
  • Organisation of team members, fleet, and tooling for safe and successful delivery of works program
  • Monitor onsite safety and progress to ensure positive project outcomes
  • Ensure work is planned and completed to a high level of safety and quality in-line with all relevant standards and acceptable to client and employer
  • Procurement of materials
  • Prepared to travel away from home FIFO/DIDO
  • Build and promote positive working relationships that embrace team spirit
  • Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with all key stakeholders
  • Identifying design innovations and cost optimisation for customers
  • A fresh perspective on rapid continuous improvement on processes and procedures
  • Exceptional time management, work well in a team, manage, delegate, provide direction, and follow direction

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Current QLD Electrical Licence
  • Current QLD Drivers Licence (HR preferred)
  • Current statutory training (CPR/LVR)
  • Demonstrated work experience in similar role
  • Strong safety focus and work ethic
  • Ability to read complex drawings
  • HV Switching ticket
  • High risk work licence (WP, LF, DG)
  • Safe work at heights qualification
  • Electrical – Qualified Technical Person (QTP) certification (or ability to obtain)
