Administrative Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic administrative team at the Bathurst Centre. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in driving efficiency and excellence in all aspects of centre support.
About the Role:
- Foster a customer-centric culture by leading by example and creating a professional work environment that is attentive, empathetic, and responsive to client needs.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to administrative staff, ensuring high standards in all centre support activities.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with best practices and standards.
- Become a key point of contact for regional partnerships, promoting services effectively and strengthening collaborations with other organisations.
What We Offer:
- A permanent part-time role based in Bathurst, working 4 days a week (Monday – Thursday).
- A competitive hourly rate of approximately $43, plus 11.5% super and 17.5% leave loading, with tax-free salary packaging up to $15,900.
- Extra annual leave days between Christmas and New Year.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in a relevant field or supervisory experience.
- Experience in running an office environment, multi-tasking, and prioritising work for self and others.
- Delivering and improving quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of computer technology, data management systems, and reporting.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Capacity to develop and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
