The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Support Coordinator to join our operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the implementation of next-practice operational system solutions, particularly related to the Child Care Subsidy System (CCSS) and other integrated systems.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Act as the secondary point of contact for the CCSS vendor in the absence of the Operations Solutions Manager.
  2. Assist in the CCSS vendor relationship in accordance with the partnership agreement and in good faith.
  3. Act as an escalation point on contractual and service deliver matters.
  4. Keep informed of Government and other regulatory requirements / changes, ensuring vendor, system and company compliance.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 5+ years of experience in Early Childhood business, IT, or operational leadership.
  • Qualifications in business, IT or a related discipline.
  • Systems knowledge of current ECE software packages and regulation.
  • Exceptional written, formatting and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical (systems) knowledge.
  • A valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
