Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team permanently for a full-time onsite role based in the Bundall area, QLD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive customer-focused service to all areas assisting in office work and staff rostering, ensuring that our support services are delivered effectively and in line with client needs.
  • This role involves handling office administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, providing support to the care coordination team in HCP and NDIS administrative and documentation tasks, and performing various administrative duties as required.
  • The successful candidate will also assist the rostering department in coordinating support worker services according to client care requirements and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Experience in office administration and rostering.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the HCP and NDIS is preferable.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship skills.
  • Passion for assisting others and building a dedicated workforce.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, and communication software.
  • Previous administrative experience with a commitment to discretion and confidentiality.
