Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technology Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of classroom and AV technology, providing support to staff and students with devices, networks, and software.

About the Role
  • Provide technical assistance and support to staff and students
  • Maintain and set up classroom and AV technology
  • Manage and maintain desktops, applications, and devices
  • Support network and cybersecurity requirements
  • Maintain inventory and asset management
Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Support: Provide helpdesk support and user assistance
  2. Device Management: Set up, configure, and manage desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
  3. Network and Cybersecurity: Assist with basic network and cybersecurity support, including printer and peripheral maintenance
Requirements
  • Experience in managing and maintaining desktops, applications, and devices
  • Knowledge of Chrome and Apple device setup, management, and deployment (JAMF experience an advantage)
  • A proactive approach with strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
