
Forensic Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Forensic Intervention Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients who have complex needs and provide best-practice forensic intervention in a correctional environment.
- Comprehensive assessments, including risk assessments, to determine individualized treatment pathways.
- Clinical interviews to identify appropriate treatment strategies.
- Treatment interventions employing evidence-based assessment tools.
- Development of treatment plans, reports, and risk assessments for internal and external stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity to build on your existing experience and contribute to the delivery of high-quality forensic services. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective treatment programs, and provide support to clients to achieve positive outcomes.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to be registered as a Mental Health Nurse with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses and hold a current driver's license. You will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse client groups.
