Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a Trainee Concrete Field Tester to join their team at Skygate Concrete Laboratory in Brisbane.
This role involves sampling and testing fresh concrete as per Australian standards on construction sites.
About the Role:- Collecting concrete test samples from construction sites - typically 3 - 5 sites per day
- Working accurately and safely
- Reporting to Laboratory Supervisor
- Queensland driver's licence (manual or automatic)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Be physically fit (Able to carry 15 litres of concrete for each test. Trollies can be provided)
- Pass a pre-employment medical which includes drug/alcohol testing
- Ongoing career development opportunities
- Positive, friendly work environment that encourages ideas and initiative
- Daily variety and autonomy - majority of the time working alone
- Use of company vehicle
- Cert IV and Diploma in Laboratory Techniques
