Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled SAP expert to join our team. As the go-to specialist for SAP Retail, you will provide functional support across SD, MM, LE, and FI modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 2 and 3 support across SAP Retail modules: SD, MM, LE, and FI
  • Partner with Merchandising and Logistics teams to deliver functional solutions that streamline operations
  • Troubleshoot IDoc issues and reporting discrepancies, and support ECC data integrity
  • Monitor master data changes, pricing checks, and hierarchy updates
  • Maintain EDI connections and external system integrations
  • Support SAP migration activities and contribute to broader project work
  • Mentor team members and act as a subject matter expert across SAP functional areas
  • Assist with ABAP debugging and root cause analysis (desired)
Requirements
  • Proven experience with SAP Retail and strong functional knowledge of SD, MM, LE (required)
  • Exposure to FI module and SAP ECC environments (desired)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to mentor others and lead functional workstreams
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience working in fast-paced retail or enterprise environments is preferred
