Drive progress for customers in the Kalgoorlie region by delivering technical support to the mining sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build personal knowledge of new products and serve as a subject matter expert, guiding local sales teams and influencing capabilities.
  • Deliver expert assistance in addressing technical inquiries via the sales department, elevating the customer experience.
  • Liaise with technicians and management to provide technical solutions for low and high-voltage applications.
  • Promote green solutions, leading site and project delivery of hybridised and low-emission upgrades.
  • Interpret and modify technical drawings to establish parameters for safe and efficient solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Formulate a technical application sales plan for allocated regions.
