The Job Title is responsible for leading a team in delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable experience for every stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the team to deliver outstanding guest service skills.
- Ensure seamless operations of the department, including maintenance and inventory management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Provide excellent grooming and presentation skills, adhering to industry standards.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and situations.
Requirements
- Experience in supervising a team, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Strong knowledge of property management systems and ability to train others.
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude, able to problem-solve and think critically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including AM, PM, and Overnight Shifts.
