
Service Excellence Manager

We are currently seeking a proactive Customer Service Team Leader to support our Sales & Operations team.
This is a 12 month FTC opportunity for a customer-focused individual who can lead and motivate a team to achieve high levels of external and internal customer satisfaction.
- Support in managing the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service team, including managing and maintaining reporting relevant to Customer Service.
- Manage and maintain tracking of problem reporting and resolution.
- Lead a team of customer service officers and contribute to continuous improvement of Customer Service processes and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A drive for continuous improvement and the ability to analyze information, negotiate and make appropriate decisions and suggestions.
- People and collaboration skills, with a customer-first mindset.
