Job Title: Digital Integration Lead

We are looking for a skilled Digital Integration Specialist to join our team and lead the implementation of CRM/ERP systems across various businesses.

This role requires a driven professional who can deliver high-quality results in fast-paced environments, ensuring seamless transitions and high adoption rates among office and field teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end CRM/ERP implementation projects, managing project timelines and budgets while maintaining open communication with stakeholders
  • Develop engaging training programs for both office staff and field technicians, focusing on practical applications and real-world scenarios
  • Act as the primary liaison during integrations, troubleshooting issues and ensuring delivery meets expectations
  • Create and refine standardized playbooks, templates, and checklists to ensure consistency across rollouts
  • Support on-site transitions, from data validation to go-live, and provide ongoing support as needed
Requirements:
  • Background in project delivery, preferably within CRM/ERP environments (ServiceTitan, SimPRO, AroFlo, or similar experience is highly valued)
  • Proven track record of leading system rollouts or business integrations, with a focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction
  • Exceptional communication and training skills, with the ability to explain complex workflows simply and effectively
  • Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in dynamic and rapidly changing environments
  • Willingsness to travel to sites across Australia for short integration periods
