Mechanical Supervisor

We're looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join our team and help us achieve this goal. As an expert in mechanical operations, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, overseeing maintenance, and conducting audits nationwide.
This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You'll need to coordinate activities to ensure SLAs are met, manage third-party contractors, and provide quotations to customers.
In addition to your technical expertise, you'll also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to build strong relationships with customers, negotiate effectively, and manage conflicts when necessary.
Our ideal candidate will have trade or engineering qualifications, experience in servicing critical infrastructure in a 24/7 environment, and exposure to data centre or telecommunications sectors. They should also have previous experience in project management and business process improvement.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This is a full-time position that requires frequent travel and flexibility to meet the needs of our customers.
