Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Solution Designer

This role involves leading the overall solution design and technical strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation programs.
The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions.
The key responsibilities include defining the technical roadmap, integration architecture, and migration strategy from legacy systems to MSCRM.
The individual must provide architectural oversight across all CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) and related Dynamics 365 applications.
They must ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and data governance frameworks.
Additionally, they will guide development teams with best practices and technical standards across configuration, customisation, and integration.
The role also involves conducting architectural reviews and providing recommendations for performance tuning, scalability, and resilience.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation projects.
A deep understanding of MSCRM modules, strong background in solution design, system integration (Azure, Power Platform, APIs), and data migration strategies are essential.
Solid grasp of CRM best practices, security model, business process flows, and custom workflows is also required.
The candidate should have experience working in large enterprise environments with complex stakeholder ecosystems.
Familiarity with Agile / DevOps methodologies and tools is desirable.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success in this role.
