About the Role: We're seeking Support Workers to provide personal care and companionship services to older adults in their homes. Our ideal candidate is energetic, fun-loving, and passionate about making a difference in people's lives.

Job Description:

We're looking for individuals who love spreading joy, sharing smiles, and making every day a little brighter. As a Support Worker, you'll visit clients in their homes, providing assistance with personal care, medication, household tasks, shopping, and more.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable car
  • Basic tech skills
  • First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong listening and engaging skills

Benefits:

  • $33.81 hourly rate + 12% superannuation
  • 0.99/km travel allowance
  • Paid travel time between services
  • Daily mobile allowance
