Job Description

As a Mowing Team Leader, you will oversee the performance of landscape maintenance activities at our Swan site. Your expertise in operating various mowers and brushcutters is essential for the smooth operation of our team.

The role involves performing daily tasks, including litter removal and weed control, as well as training and organizing team members to achieve efficient work outcomes. You will be responsible for accurate and detailed reporting of tasks performed, ensuring that all necessary information is recorded and communicated effectively.

Additionally, you will be required to maintain a positive attitude, work collaboratively with the team, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in operating a variety of mowers and brushcutters
  • Industry experience with a strong understanding of horticultural practices
  • Current and valid manual driver's license
  • Physical fitness, reliability, punctuality, and a hard-working attitude
