Site Support and Sourcing Professional

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing parts and services to support our contracting company.
The role involves communicating with site leaders to determine parts and site support requirements, organizing prompt supply and delivery of parts to minimize downtime, and pre-planning site needs for maintenance.
Supporting our current customer base and new clients who have purchased or hired plant equipment nationwide.
Troubleshooting issues with clients via phone, internet, and email.
Sourcing parts both internationally and locally, and organizing contracted services to serve clients efficiently with minimal lead times.
We are upgrading our parts and accounting system to enhance our operations and provide better service to our clients.
Competent computer skills, preferably with experience in inventory and accounting software, are essential for this role.
Working closely with a small management team to solve problems, discuss process improvements, and review company performance is an important aspect of this position.
