Support Professional for Individuals with Disabilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Administer medications and medical treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Provide support with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, and grocery shopping.
- Plan and implement social and recreational activities to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Maintain accurate records of clients' progress and report any concerns to healthcare professionals and/or family members.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and therapists, to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current first aid and CPR certification.
