Requirements
  • Experience in allied health recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment strategies, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic recruitment landscape.
  • Proficiency in using software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
