About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Venue Management Professional to join our team at TGI Fridays as an Assistant Venue Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading a high-performing team, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Develop and manage a high-performing team, focusing on delivering quality service, growing sales, and controlling costs.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure superior service and quality, driving guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including staff management, training, rostering, and on-shift management.
  • Financial Management: Identify opportunities to build sales and revenue while controlling costs, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Adhere to and audit OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Demonstrated hospitality experience within a high-volume restaurant environment, with proven management experience and outstanding leadership capability.
  • Qualifications: Qualifications in Hospitality are preferred, but not essential.
  • Skills: Proven ability to act efficiently and resiliently, with a can-do attitude and a drive to create a supportive culture that motivates and develops your team.
