About the Role

This business-critical position involves reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance and acting as a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships across functions.

  • Support annual financial planning and quarterly forecasting processes to deliver high-quality business planning around revenue, costs, and capex.
  • Act as the key financial contact for nominated SLT members, communicating information and insights to drive successful business outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to optimise performance and support commercial decision-making.
  • Analyse results to provide insights and visibility into performance.
  • Conduct customer & product profitability analysis.

The successful candidate will be a genuine business partner who can build strong relationships across the business. They will have demonstrated success in improving management and performance reporting through efficient systems and tools.
