Project Costing Specialist
About the Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced professional to support a Defence project as a Project Costing Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain cost models to support tender development and evaluation.
- Conduct financial analysis of bid responses to assess cost-effectiveness and compliance.
- Provide expert advice on pricing strategies, financial risk assessments, and cost estimations.
- Collaborate with commercial and engineering teams to ensure financial considerations align with project requirements.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in cost modelling, financial analysis, or pricing strategy within the Defence sector.
- A strong understanding of Defence procurement financial evaluation processes.
- Proficiency in financial modelling tools and data analysis techniques.
- The ability to interpret complex financial and contractual data to support decision-making.
- An active NV1 security clearance.
