Job Title: Customer Support Administration Officer

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Support Administration Officer. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer support.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide professional customer support in a supply chain operation.
  • To assist with freight investigation.
  • To assist with compliance including checking addresses, missing freight, short items and missing customer information.
  • To update orders in an Excel spreadsheet and share with suppliers and clients daily.
  • To perform ad-hoc data entry and administration duties.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in customer service, client or account management.
  • Experience in a supply chain operations or similar.
  • Intermediate skill level using Excel - spreadsheet and reporting knowledge is highly advantageous.
  • Comfortable to move around a busy warehouse operation.
  • 100% commitment throughout the duration of the assignment.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police check.
  • Fully Covid vaccinated or medically exempt.
  • Reliable car and licence.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate who has exceptional communication skills and experience working within a team environment. You will be able to communicate effectively with clients or customers with a high volume of enquiries. You must have a strong attention to detail and be able to manage multiple customers or accounts professionally.
