Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Construction Administrator. As a key member of our support staff, you will assist with construction administration and customer service from pre-site through to handover.
Your responsibilities will include following up with clients for outstanding documentation, conducting general administration duties, and utilizing construction CRM's to manage daily tasks efficiently.
You will liaise with clients, certifiers, councils, and sub-contractors, requiring professional communication and teamwork skills. This role is ideal for someone with recent experience in residential construction administration and intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
In this temporary assignment, you will receive an attractive rate of pay, onsite parking, and the opportunity to go permanent with a reputable residential builder.
