We're currently expanding our team at Know Mitsubishi, our Mitsubishi dealership based in Wantirna South, and are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Technicians to join our busy workshop.

The Role

As an Automotive Technician with Knox Mitsubishi, you will be responsible for conducting mechanical tests, diagnoses, repairs, service, and care for vehicles visiting our business. You will have the opportunity to utilize your skills in maintenance servicing procedures, diagnosis fault finding, repairs of automotive engines, transmissions, and other systems within a vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete jobs as allocated by the Workshop Controller
  • Diagnosis of engine, electrical, drive train, and drivability faults
  • Clock on and off RO's electronically, ensuring accuracy of productivity and efficiency data
  • Road test all vehicles prior to job commencement and after job completion, noting any areas of concern
  • Diagnose and fix technical problems with the vehicle, consulting with the Workshop Controller if necessary

  • Qualifications and experience as a Motor Mechanic
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a larger team
  • A current driver's license with the ability to drive manual vehicles
