Job Overview

The Role As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work closely with our Engineering Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our AI-powered systems.

  • Design, build, and launch web and API capabilities that enhance user workflows.
  • Take ownership of vertical slices, including data models, business logic, front-end components, and deployment pipelines.
  • Ensure quality by authoring tests, monitoring performance, and creating run-books for reliable releases.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to turn ideas into customer value within weeks.
  • Continuously improve by identifying bottlenecks, optimizing cloud resources, and refining developer tooling.

Requirements

  • Deep experience with modern TypeScript, including React, Next.js, and Node.js.
  • Solid backend fundamentals, including REST/GraphQL design, domain-driven architecture, relational and NoSQL datastores.
  • Cloud proficiency, including containers, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and security best practices.
  • A proven track record of shipping production software that scales and is easy to maintain.
  • Strong testing and code-review discipline, with a focus on readable, approachable code.
  • Clear communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for mentoring and unblocking others.
  • Bonus points for familiarity with real-time streaming, event-driven systems, or integrating AI/LLM services.
