Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our clients' online visibility and drive organic traffic to their websites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement SEO Roadmaps

Work closely with clients to establish their SEO roadmap and identify areas for improvement.

Conduct Keyword Research and Analysis

Utilize customer data to continuously improve SEO, direct traffic to relevant pages, and make recommendations on website content.

Optimize Website Structure and Content

Identify SEO problems or inhibiting factors, diagnose the root causes, and devise effective interventions.

Monitor and Report Performance

Create dashboards to report on performance, drive action, and present findings to management.

Conduct On-Page and Off-Page Optimization

Conduct on-page and off-page optimisation, including website structure, technical SEO, keyword analysis, meta tags, titles, submissions, traffic analysis, and rank optimisation.

Competitor Research and Analysis

Leverage competitor research to identify gaps and areas of focus.

Develop and Implement SEO Strategies

Build organic traffic and improve search engine result pages (SERPs).

Keyword Strategy and Headline Development

Develop and implement an on-page keyword strategy and headline strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience in SEO

2-3 years of experience in an SEO role.

Experience in Retail

Experience working directly with retail brands.

SEO Knowledge and Tools

In-depth knowledge of current SEO tools and practices.

Communication Skills

Experience in developing and presenting strategies to key stakeholders and tailoring communication to the audience's level of understanding.

Personal Qualities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High Energy and Motivation

High energy, outgoing, and motivated with a can-do attitude.
