About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team at Ray White and Loan Market. As an SEO Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our website appears on Google's first page for mortgage-related searches in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

As an SEO Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough keyword research to identify high-value targets
  • Providing recommendations to optimise website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs
  • Performing website audits to identify technical SEO issues and proposing enhancements
  • Utilising analytics tools to monitor website traffic and user behaviour
  • Conducting A/B tests on landing pages to improve conversion rates
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes
  • Providing analytics on search initiatives and adjusting strategies accordingly
  • Researching and recommending SEO platforms to improve local search performance

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in developing and implementing SEO strategies
  • Proficiency in a range of SEO and digital marketing tools, including SEMRush, ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console, Rank Ranger, and ScreamingFrog
  • A creative and analytical mindset, with a passion for digital marketing and SEO
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, as well as administration and project management skills
