Are you passionate about understanding user behavior and improving digital experiences? We are seeking an expert User Experience Researcher to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research to inform product decisions, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights.

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled UX researcher with at least 2 years of experience in the field. A degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field is required.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Planning and executing remote usability studies (unmoderated and moderated) and quantitative UX research focused on Benchmarking
  • Analyzing and synthesizing data into scorecards, video compilations, and issue tracking. Sensemaking across data sources, prioritizing issues, and tracking impact of research

Preferred skills and experience include: Experience and demonstrated skill with qualitative usability methods, including observing, understanding, and synthesizing human behavior into insights, and driving the voice of the customer in product development
