About the Role:
  • We seek a seasoned Digital Product Manager to drive strategic growth, commercial outcomes, and customer engagement.
  • The successful candidate will have significant experience in digital product leadership, focusing on acquisition and revenue growth.
  • This role involves shaping and executing a multi-year digital growth strategy, prioritizing impactful initiatives, and managing budgets in partnership with Finance.
  • Collaborate with UX, data, and subject matter experts to inform customer research and usability testing, guiding the product backlog.
  • Define product requirements and prototypes through build, buy, or partner pathways, leveraging agile practices for the digital product lifecycle.
  • Provide strategic updates to senior leadership, ensuring cross-functional alignment across GTM, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations for successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a multi-year digital growth strategy and roadmap using prioritization frameworks.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and build business cases for digital investment while managing budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to run customer research and usability testing.
  • Define product requirements and prototypes through build, buy, or partner pathways.
  • Manage the digital product lifecycle using agile practices.
