**Digital Product Design Leader**

We are seeking an experienced digital product design leader to join our organisation. As the digital product design leader, you will create lasting impact by driving design innovation and excellence in delivering user-centric solutions across multiple products.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and develop user-centered digital products that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to drive design solutions.
  • Develop prototypes and collaborate with UX researchers to test hypotheses, validate concepts, and translate insights into optimised designs.

**Requirements**

  • Qualification in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, XD.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is highly valued.
