The Role

A career opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join the Insurance team in Melbourne. In this role you will be working with Insurance Partners who are independently recognised as experts in their field. Responsibilities include:

  • File management including meeting deadlines and managing documents
  • Reviewing evidence and preparing advices on indemnity, liability and quantum
  • Communicating with clients both in writing and verbally
  • Identifying issues, briefing experts and analysing opinion
  • Preparing court documents, including statements of evidence
  • Drafting correspondence and communicating with other practitioners
  • Preparing for, managing online processes and appearing in Court
  • Briefing and liaising with counsel
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with at least 7 years' post admission experience and demonstrated expertise in the field. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage, maintain and grow client relations.
