Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Culinary Director to lead our kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating exceptional culinary experiences, with a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence.

As a seasoned chef, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new menu concepts, managing kitchen operations, and mentoring and training junior staff members.

Your expertise in cost management, supplier relationships, and time management discipline will enable you to maintain high standards while ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.

In this role, you will work closely with our hospitality team to deliver exceptional dining experiences that exceed customer expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the kitchen team to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Developing and implementing new menu concepts that meet customer demands and market trends.
  • Managing kitchen operations, including inventory control, food safety, and staff scheduling.
  • Mentoring and training junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience as a senior chef or culinary director in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on cost management and supplier relationships.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining high standards while ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.
