- Deliver high-quality customer service via inbound calls, ensuring that each interaction is personalized and empathetic.
- Simplify complex information for members, making it easy for them to understand and make informed decisions.
- Utilize our knowledge library and website to source accurate and up-to-date information, providing expert guidance to members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and empathy.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Identify and escalate issues promptly, working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve.
