Digital Transformation Leader

We're seeking a strategic and results-driven digital leader to spearhead our transformation, optimize performance across key channels, and lead our digital strategy for sustained growth.

About the Role:

  • Drive revenue growth from key digital channels, including Paid Media, CRM, SEO, and Conversion Rate Optimization.
  • Develop and execute a high-impact digital strategy that aligns with business goals and scales our digital presence.
  • Oversee and manage all paid advertising campaigns, ensuring profitable growth across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels.
  • Optimize campaign structure, ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to drive efficient acquisition and ROAS.
  • Lead the optimization of our eCommerce tech stack, ensuring seamless system integrations and scalability.
  • Oversee conversion rate optimization (CRO) through strategic UX/UI improvements, A/B testing, and personalization.
  • Own the customer-facing digital experience, with a strong focus on CRM and loyalty programs, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and personalized online journey that drives customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital experts, developers, and eCommerce professionals to execute best-in-class digital initiatives.
  • Analyze performance metrics to drive data-driven decisions and improve customer acquisition, retention, and LTV.
  • Lead digital transformation projects, ensuring innovation and technical advancements.

You'll Need:

  • 7+ years of experience in senior digital, eCommerce, or technology leadership roles.
  • Strong background in Paid Media management, eCommerce platforms, system integrations, and automation.
  • Proven track record of scaling digital revenue and improving conversion rates.
  • Expertise in SEO, CRM, Paid Media, and digital analytics to drive performance improvements.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills - able to mentor, develop, and grow a high-performing team.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
