- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in financial services and mortgages
- Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of financial products
- Agile leadership experience and a thirst for learning
